Student Health Services provides primary health care services for UNC Greensboro students, as well as convenient care for UNCG Faculty and Staff. As a health organization operating within an academic institution, we are committed to the support of the educational, research and service missions of the University.

Services include preventive care and health maintenance services, such as annual physical exam with lab evaluation, consultation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of acute illness or injury, such as the common cold, influenza, skin conditions, abdominal pain, headaches, asthma, pneumonia, sexually transmitted infections, and back pain.

We are a full-service in-house Pharmacy serving the university community! We provide medication consultations, fill and refill prescriptions and offer generic medications that are always available at a low cost to students, faculty and staff. If you have an injury or condition related to a muscle, bone or joint, you may be seen in the Sports Medicine Clinic. A provider in the Medical Clinic may refer you to the Sports Medicine Clinic for continued evaluation and care, depending upon your circumstances. Visit Sports Medicine page

Services include cervical cancer screening (Pap smear), contraception management, and testing for sexually transmitted infections. An appointment is required. Visit Women’s Health page

The Immunization Clinic provides consultation and services to UNC Greensboro students. Our staff will assist you with questions regarding vaccines. Visit Immunizations page

Routine diagnostic testing is performed. Orders for lab work are accepted from both in-house and outside physicians. There is a fee for lab work performed. Visit Lab & X-Ray page
