Convenient care is available to UNCG Faculty, and Staff members as a service to the UNC Greensboro community. The goals of providing convenient care in the Gove Student Health Center are to assist UNCG employees with primary prevention and personal health maintenance by identifying existing health problems and offering convenient access to urgent care.

You must be a full-time or permanent part-time UNCG employee. You must present your UNCG identification card at the time of check-in to receive services.
To best serve your needs, Student Health Services requests that all interested Faculty and Staff make an appointment to receive services at the Student Health Center.

The Pharmacy at Student Health Services accepts the State Health Plan prescription drug coverage. The Pharmacy can file with most insurance carriers.
Payment is due for services rendered at Student Health Services on the day of service. You may pay with cash, check, MasterCard or Visa. Healthcare Flexible Spending Account or payroll deduction may also be used for payment.
The Student Health Services does not provide work absence documentation. We are bound by confidentiality. A walk-out statement will be provided for you for insurance purposes. You may choose to show your supervisor your walk-out statement as documentation of your visit.
