Wellness is a journey, and the goal is to Be Well and Stay Well. Many of us sometimes believe wellness is about our emotional, mental or physical health only. However, several factors can contribute to your overall wellness. At UNCG we talk about wellness through 8 dimensions.

There are several places on campus that you can connect with staff and other students to help you Be Well and Stay Well.

Spartan Well-Being utilizes the Eight Dimensions of Wellness (physical, emotional, social, environmental, cultural, financial, occupational and intellectual) to educate and empower our community to make choices that contribute to optimal health and well-being.
