Massage Therapy at UNCG Student Health Services
Massage therapy is the skilled manipulation of muscles and soft tissues to reduce stress, tension, and anxiety, while promoting overall well-being. Our licensed massage therapists draw from both Eastern and Western healing traditions to provide personalized care.
Appointments are required. Please check in at the front desk on the main floor with your student ID. Charges apply for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance. If you’ve been exposed to illness or have flu-like symptoms, please reschedule.
We accept cash, check, MasterCard/Visa, or students may charge the balance to the University Cashier’s Office. Staff may use payroll deduction. If you’re enrolled in the Student Health Insurance Plan via Student Blue, covered charges will be submitted on your behalf.

Keri Griffin, LMBT (#18320)
Keri is a graduate of Kneaded Energy School of Massage in North Carolina, where she also taught Anatomy and Physiology. With over 15 years of experience as a Math and Science instructor, Keri brings a deep understanding of the human body to her massage practice.

- Stretching
- Prenatal Massage
Keri works with clients seeking relaxation, post-surgical recovery, and chronic pain management. She is passionate about helping others understand how regular massage can support long-term wellness.

Susan Cales, LMBT (#17558)
Susan is a seasoned massage therapist and graduate of Kneaded Energy School of Massage in Greensboro, NC. She is skilled in a range of therapeutic techniques and works with clients of all ages.
Her specialties include:
- Swedish Relaxation Massage
- Deep Tissue Massage
- Prenatal Massage
Susan helps clients with stress relief, injury recovery, and chronic pain management. She is currently training to become a certified Shoulder Pain Specialist.
