The Condom Fairy
The Condom Fairy is a FREE program for all UNCG students that offers safer sex supplies and health information. The Condom Fairy carries barriers which include male/external condoms, female/internal condoms, dental dams, finger cots, and lubricants. (See below for detailed descriptions.)
Individuals can request up to four (4) barriers in one request. Requests can take up to 2 days to fill. All safer sex supplies will need to be picked up at the Center for Student Well-Being located in the ground floor suite of Gove Student Health Center.
Note: The Condom Fairy is not currently delivering any supplies.
External condoms can be used for vaginal, anal, or oral sex. They can be placed on a penis and on sex toys. External condoms are sometimes called “male condoms” because they are often placed on a penis.
These condoms are spermicide-free, lightly coated with silicone lubricant for increased comfort and sensitivity. Condoms can help to prevent unplanned pregnancies and STIs.

Personal lubricant, also known as lube, can be used for vaginal, anal, or oral sex, and with toys.
Water-based lubricants are safe to use with latex, polyisoprene, and polyurethane condoms. When used with condoms, personal lubricant increases pleasure and reduces the risk of condom breakage. They wash off with water, won’t stain your sheets or clothes, and do not have parabens, oils, or spermicide.
