Emotional Regulation 101 is an introduction to emotional regulation and offers strategies on how to handle and recover from the dysregulation we experience when we are feeling out of sorts. A holistic approach to wellness supports the whole person and encompasses eight dimensions. This presentation will explore the eight dimensions of wellness, provide an opportunity for you to examine your relationship with each dimension, and discover new ways to support your health and wellness.
