Spartan Wellbeing hosts drop in spaces at different times throughout the semester. Drop in spaces are a fun way to engage in some evidence-based well-being focused activities designed to help you to slow down and calm your system. Drop in spaces involve a variety of different stations like aroma-therapy, diaphragmatic breathing, Zen coloring, understanding the 8 dimensions of wellness and vision boarding to set goals and other fun activities.
You can stop by each station and spend a few minutes engaging in the activities to sample some of the many ways you can improve your wellbeing and get ideas for how to ‘Be Well and Stay Well!!
