Spartan Wellbeing hosts drop in spaces every Wednesday. Drop in spaces are a fun way to engage in some evidence-based well-being focused activities designed to help you to slow down and calm your system, improve your wellbeing, and get ideas for how to ‘Be Well and Stay Well!!  

Each Wednesday we focus on a different dimension of wellness with activities that allow you to engage with your wellness. Our events run from 10am-2pm. You can “drop in” for a short while or stay the whole time.
