Edible Wisdom is a series of nutrition discussions that fuse the professional recommendations of a Registered Dietitian and the practical advice of peers to gain knowledge and skills necessary to promote healthful eating habits, weight management and sustaining real energy.

Spring Break Tips
•Drink Responsibly (or abstain)- think about your
safety when considering getting into a car, going off with someone, or having sex.
•Always wear your seat belt
•Do not drive distracted-your phone can wait!
•Respect other people’s right, and your own- it’s ok to choose not to drink.
•Respect laws and campus policies.
•Remember that alcohol poisoning is a real danger that requires medical attention!
