Has a lot of options for soothing sounds – you can even mix the sounds together and adjust the volumes separately. Some pressure to upgrade to premium but not overwhelming – still good use in the free version. Bedtime stories, meditations, breathing exercises. Alarm function and bedtime goals. I like this one the most.
