Online Refill Requests
- • Refill requests can be made at any time by phone at (336) 334-3530, or by submitting a Rx refill request. Requests made after hours will be available for pick-up the next business day.
- • We accept most insurance benefits for prescriptions, and co-pays can be charged to a student’s account if preferred.
- • We can transfer most of your medications from your previous pharmacy to the Student Health Services pharmacy for your convenience.

Payment Options
Student Health Services accepts cash, check, Visa or MasterCard. You may also bill medications to your student account. Any student who is currently enrolled at UNCG, as well as permanent employees are eligible to use the SHS Pharmacy. Please bring your UNCG ID, and in many instances, a state issued photo ID will be required, depending on the medication.
