Drop your leftover medications off at Student Health Services free and easy. Safely dispose of your unwanted and expired medications the right way by visiting us and looking for the green receptacle by the front entrance of the Student Health Center.

Acceptable Items:

  • • Pills, Tablets, Capsules
  • • Ointments, Creams and Lotions
  • • Powders
  • • Inhalers, Nebulizer Solutions
  • • Medication Patches (i.e. Lidocaine patch, fentanyl patch etc.)

Unacceptable Items:

  • Aerosol Spray Cans
  • Alcohol or hydrogen peroxide
  • Needles, syringes or sharp containers
  • More than 4 oz of liquid
  • Trash
  • Mercury Thermometers
  • Batteries
  • Chemicals
  • Home based care (HBC) or durable medical equipment (DME) supplies
  • Class I Schedule – Controlled Substances
