Mindfulness and Meditation can be helpful for students who are feeling stressed and pressured, or who just want to get more satisfaction from their college experience. Participants will learn about a variety of mindfulness skills to practice in and outside of this class. Our hope is that student’s will incorporate mindfulness skills into their daily life, see themselves better at managing emotional stress and lead healthier lives.

Student’s are asked to commit to attending and participating in all four classes and to practice the skills in between classes. The required text for this class is “The Mindful Twenty-Something” by Holly B. Rogers.   Pre- registration is required. Click here to register
