Please do not submit this form if you have questions related to Student Health Services. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, online appointments have been discontinued temporarily to enable our staff to screen patients prior to accessing Student Health Services. This will allow us to protect both our students and staff from additional exposure to the COVID-19 virus. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our students.

Crisis

If you or someone you know is experiencing a crisis, call The Counseling Center at (336-334-5874) or come directly to our office during business hours, or contact the UNCG Police at their 24 hour number, 336-334-4444.

Please note that if you are concerned about a student’s care at Student Health Services, HIPAA laws require that a consent form be completed by the student in order for us to talk with you.
