Crisis

If you or someone you know is experiencing a crisis, call The Counseling Center at (336-334-5874) or come directly to our office during business hours, or contact the UNCG Police at their 24 hour number, 336-334-4444.

Student Insurance

If you have questions about student insurance and the insurance requirement, please email shs_ins@uncg.edu for insurance questions.

General Comments or Complaints

If you have an overall comment or complaint about the services offered at the Student Health Services, you can either fill out the form below or email Kathleen Baber at kababer@uncg.edu. We will ensure that you receive a response to your issue, and that your concerns are directed to the appropriate staff member.

Everyone likes to hear when they do a good job. If you would like to offer congratulations or a thank you to a particular staff person for a job well done, you may fill out the form below.
